HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GRACI!!

hmmm.

just came back from KL not too long ago. took a coach there. it was comfortable. they serve you food and you can watch movie too. watched The Chronicles of Narnia, and a bit of other movies. nice.

4 days 3 nights. it's enough. spent 2 days of shopping and my legs are alrd wobbly. KLCC, Mid Valley Mega Mall and Utamah are nice. they are so big that you can even get lost. did not buy much compared to other trips. and there's a lot of sports shops in malaysia. especially nike and addidas.

trng yesterday. only sue-ean, pandora, chi koong, grace, kelly and i turned up. as usual, running + footwork, then footwork again ( on court ) then we get to stroke. tiring, tiring! luckily, no PT today. oh no, we did skipping. no, only sue-ean. haha. ran for 5 mins after that. but most of them are walking. this time, i went home with sue-ean because pandora has chi koony puny.

tmr's aviva open. should i go? but there's trng later. and it's early in the morning at 9am.
